The Business Debater is based in Lincoln, UK and can produce professional minutes for your organisation with clear, competitive pricing and fast turn around. Our minute taker has worked as a Private Secretary in two UK Government departments and has taken minutes for ministers and high level programme boards.
The Business Debater understands that a lot of organisations need to work remotely with staff across multiple locations. Minute taking services are offered in English and can be undertaken with a remote dial-in or via audio file sending.
The Business Debater has a policy of “with open eyes” with regards to client relations. Our prices are clear, competitive, and have no unexpected charges. Unlike our competitors, minutes are charged by the length of the meeting. You do not pay additional charges.
£30 per hour of meeting length. Times are rounded to the nearest 30 minutes with a £30 minimum charge. There is a 50% premium for dialling into meetings that are significantly outside of UK office hours (9-5 GMT).
The only extras are for out of office hour dialling in and for extra fast turn-around. Please contact below to discuss prices for extra fast turn-around.
By default, The Business Debater uses traditional grammar including the Oxford Comma when minutes are produced. Minutes are produced on our proprietary template and emailed to you as a MS Word document and PDF. Please let us know if you wish for a different template to be used to match your organisation.
You will have the option for minutes to be saved on our system or for document destruction after your minutes have been delivered.
